This Act sets out the rights and responsibilities for both residents and service providers.

The Tenants' Union of Queensland provides training on the Residential Services Acts for residents and community workers who assist residents. The Queensland Residential Services Training Manual is also available from the Tenants' Union for $33 (incl GST).
The Tenants' Union also conducts a Statewide Residential Services Community Education Project. You can contact the Tenants Union for more information about training and community education activities.
