Services
The Tenants’ Union provides
a range of tenancy information and advocacy services
to tenants including: a telephone
advice service, tenancy publications,
community education activities,
tenancy law training, research
on tenancy issues, policy
development and tenancy law
reform campaigns.

The Tenants’ Union
also provides a specialist tenancy law legal
service which is funded through the Legal
Aid Board.
In
recent years, the Tenants’ Union has performed
an important role in securing better rights
for tenants through advocating improvements
to Queensland’s residential tenancy laws.
